That there be a fiiine bit of DIY 360 modification!
A clever chap has worked out an ambitious mod which allows Xbox 360 games to be controlled via Nintendo's Wiimote. His 'Xbox 360 Input Machine' (or 'XIM' for short) makes it possible to use Nintendo's revolutionary controller on Microsoft's current contender. There have been other such projects before, which have allowed the user to achieve Wiimote-to-PC compatibility, but no-one's ever done quite what this guy has. He even has a video of himself playing Halo 2 (on Xbox 360) with the Wiimote!

Marvelous! Now I can play revolutionary games with nice graphics, for a change. I could use it to my advantage on Xbox Live (that'll show those annoying little kids who's a 'n00b!!'). Ha. In truth, I can safely say that I will never, ever have any use for this outrageous modification, but it's bloody cool all the same. The things some people think of, and then go through with. And thank heavens they do, they are truly magicians among us all, and they spread just a little bit of light into our dark, miserable lives. Can someone do me a Guitar Hero mod next, where I can actually use my guitar? Thanks in advance!

Be sure to check out his blog entry on this brilliant, obscure little mod.

Lol, who here is going to try this?

What is life? But a small victory over what eventually kills you anyway?

If my 360 dies outside warranty I'll gut it and use it to incubate ostrich eggs.
