Just went to a gig in Tunbridge Wells in Kent to see a fairly small band called Glasvegas. Tiny place - about 100 peeps at most could probably squeeze themselves in, loved it. Intimacy > Spectacle. Was stood where the singers microphone was basically poking me in the eye. I was also really impressed with one of the support bands and had a quick chat with the singer, and I stole a broken guitar string off the stage. Lurvely.

I finally got to see At The Gates, touring for the first time in 12 years. Twas great, although I bumped into a fat guy with my nose and about 20 people forced their way into the front through me, and back again 10 minutes later. Morons.
